Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using PaperFort's services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms stated below.
- The Customer must provide accurate and complete specifications, including artwork, text, and other relevant materials. We are not responsible for errors in materials provided by the Customer.
- Services will be provided based on the specifications agreed upon in writing between the Customer and Us. Any changes to the specifications must be communicated promptly and may require additional charges.
- Prices are based on the agreed-upon quotation. A deposit of 50% is required before commencement of work. Full payment must be made upon completion and before delivery of the products.
- Proofs may be provided for Customer review before production if required. It is the Customer's responsibility to review and approve proofs. Once approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
- We strive to deliver high-quality products. If defects are found, they must be reported within the day of delivery.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery charges, if applicable, must be provided by the customer. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery.
- The Customer retains ownership of any intellectual property provided to us. We reserve the right to use images of completed projects for promotional purposes. We will maintain the confidentiality of all materials provided by the Customer.
- Orders may be canceled before production begins. A cancellation fee may apply.
- These Terms are governed by the existing Commercial and Contract Laws of Bangladesh (The Contract Act, 1872).
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
